Hello, first post on the board. Big DIYHemi fan. Anyways, I started my swap about a year ago, it is a 1984 d150 with a 2006 truck engine from a durango and 6 speed G238 manual. I have a DIY Quickharness for a 2006 Truck on it and SKIM deleted PCM. My engine has already been put in and most odds and ends tied up. I got my o2 sensors wired up a couple months ago, started it and it ran great. I placed O2 bungs about 6 inches down on downpipe from the flange of the manifold. Never have driven the truck far because of an imbalanced driveshaft. But I did run it often and enjoyed listening to my swap finally meet this point. A few weeks later, I started the truck and noticed a rough idle, and no engine rev past 1800 rpms. My scanner showed a few codes for oil pressure and water and fan

, since I have mechanical gauges, but the only new code was PO152, O2 Sensor 2/1 Circuit High. I swapped the drivers side sensor over first to see if the problem persisted for bank 2, and it did. So it was not the sensor. I checked spark plugs, they could use replacing, so I replaced them. Bought a fuel pressure gauge to verify a good 55 psi, which I did have (I added in a charging system with first gen external regulator during this time period and battery now charges at 14v and I believe it has raised the pressure to closer to 65 psi, I do have a regulator, but decided to note this in the post). So, at this point I was frustrated. I moved the ground for the O2 sensor to multiple locations to no avail. I pulled wiring apart for the O2 I had done a month earlier and found an exposed wire pulled from a butt connecter to my O2 plug. I got excited and decided to solder and heat shrink all those connections. Started it up and still had no change. I am stumped and want it to run like it should. I have went through the FSM but it does not leave much information regarding my scenario. FSM says to check voltage from sensor through the OBD port. My scanner is showing "NA" for the sensor. Extremely unhelpful, and can find no evidence of any other scenario on facebook, the internet, or anywhere else. I've fiddled with wiring and such for days just messing with it now. I would really appreciate some input, if possible, to help me figure this out. I'm close to buying another pcm and having it skim deleted and using that. Sorry for being so long winded.
Thanks and God Bless
