Do you guys have a process for “unlocking“ a ngc4 pcm. ive looked on hptuners but didnt find much info other than its “locked”. I am getting an error code when connecting to the pcm for “controller unlocker: x11 service not supported”. Thank you. And the new shop looks great, congratulations

I found my mistake and thought I would share to help others. connector c1 pin 30 was wired incorrectly. it is labeled as ign switch (start). I wired it to my ignition switch. but it needed to be wired to the starter signal. I found a diagram that said that this wired needed to be hot while cranking. so the engine thought it was always cranking. I believe that this lead to it not being able to be read.
