I have a similar swap in mind. Have a '14 STR8 392 from a Cherokee and want to put into a '12 5.7 challenger r/t manual transmission. From what little I gather if I use a stock camshaft, non mds, and a '12 ECM with SKIM nulled out to then pair with my vehicle, it might be possible to perform very easily adding only wiring for SRI valve. But I don't know this is true. I have the '14 SRT PCM but don't know if it can be used. Does anyone know.? I would likely upgrade to a tighter lobe center cam and use cam phaser limiter then tube PCM. THAT last part is irrelevant what I want to know will car function like new with all systems functioning and no security lights on. Et
