I apologize if this is not the correct place for this but I couldn't find a sub-category that seemed to fit? I have a complete 2008 Durango donor vehicle that Im using both Hemi & 545. This is my first modern engine swap so please forgive me if I have some novice questions.
I see DIYHEMI sells a quick swap harness which after reading and watching videos I believe is what I am going to need, however I have some questions as they pertain to the PCM itself. Do I still need to send the PCM in and have it recalibrated to have it run properly?
My concerns are the components with all the various lights on the dash such as air bags, steering wheel (I will be running a full hydraulic steering setup and there are seemingly a ton of sensors on the factory steering assembly), ABS, possibly emissions to name a few.
