Ran into the next obstacle... Was hoping to use the stock exhaust manifolds from my 2013 5.7 Charger engine in my e-body project. But the driver's side manifold contacts the adjustment nut on top of the Borgeson PS box. Can anyone tell me what Eagle-type manifold would fit better? Thanks in advance!

These are the later 09 newer Jeep log manifolds. Note the D shaped exhaust ports. That's what you need.
In general, car manifolds won't work in B/E bodies. You can try a log style as in a 2009-newer Jeep gran Cherokee 5.7 You can also look into the new Holley manifolds https://www.jegs.com/i/Hooker+Headers/520/BHS559/10002/-1?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6_CYBhDjARIsABnuSzqTmzd5N6IoQVmh3VpZBCN6wyBHqK3Z0HxYkpSoLs_vsAQV3_fDPCkaAkzCEALw_wcB
